CRANIAL BLISS THERAPY is a sacred container where you meet yourself. A safe space to feel into subtle tensions in the body — physical, emotional & mental. CBT is a full-body experience with focus on areas often overlooked in classical massage — the cranium, neck, face, & jaw. Be invited to let go the idea of "fixing" or "forcing" the body & be guided to feel what arises in the moment, opening to a deeper healing. We will take a little time to meet, connect & discuss what is alive for you & what you need from the session.
